To enroll in a PADI Open Water Diver course or Junior Open Water Diver course, you must be 10 years old or older. You need adequate swimming skills and need to be in good physical health. Millions of people have learned to scuba dive and gone on to discover the wonders of the aquatic world through this course.
The Standard course consists of 5 x 1 hour pool sessions which are split over five Friday evenings. I can also arrange a Fast Track course at extra cost (please ask for details) before we enter the pool we have an hour classroom work so please plan on being at the pool from 1800 until 2130. This is followed with two open water days (Sat & Sun) at Loch Long.
We will supply you with your Padi learning material and on completion Certification card. A deposit must be paid to secure your course.

what else will i need
You will need to bring with you a "Can Do" attitude. You will feel challenged throughout this course but you will be rewarded with a lifelong love of diving. At Scuba Ts we are passionate about teaching Scuba Diving and will help you enjoy your course...WE HAVE ALL BEEN THERE
Once you have became a diver you can start to dive with these lovely creatures just down the road at the Farne Islands. watch and be amazed at how tame they are.

The costs of our courses are
Standard 5 week Open water course is £450 which includes all equipment and learning materials.
1 to 1 Open Water Course that fits the training around your schedule over a time decided by you prior to the course. If you do the course alone it is £550 or with a friend it is £475.
Fastrack Open Water Course that fits the training around your schedule over a time decided by you prior to the course. We usually try and do this course over 3 days. If you do the course alone it is £550 or with a friend it is £475.
(E-learning Option is subject to VAT and will cost an additional £20 to cover this expense.)
